“For fun, we swam in the lake, used the canoe, went wine tasting on the Seneca lake trail, ate at the Moosewood and at Dinosaur BBQ, and watched episodes of the Gilmore Girls. This house is so lovely it felt like vacation the whole time we were here. A special highlight was eating fresh tomatoes from the garden."

"Tully Lake and the Billard retreat is a bucolic paradise. Rick and I have never left this serene setting without feeling a sense of calm. Nothing is more enjoyable then sitting before the toasty fire, wine glass in hand and simply enjoying friends and laughter. It truly does not get better than this. We have treasured each and every time that we have had the opportunity to visit."

“It was Ronnie’s 60th birthday so we celebrated all our 60th birthdays…..We were so delighted to be together at such a wonderful place. Thank you so much Pam and Tom for allowing this to happen. The snow fell like ‘White Christmas‘. What stunning surroundings you have. You’re very blessed.”

“We spent Christmas 2003 here eating, drinking, talking and enjoying the company of many old friends and family. The weather was cold, the house very comfortable and well decorated for the holidays. Christmas Day was sublime with great food, laughter and the peppermint pig with dear friends and family!”

"What a magnificent home....quiet, private and there is a fabulous view from every window in the house. The lake is beautiful and peaceful and can be enjoyed from all three porches."

"At a very difficult time in our lives, the peaceful setting with ample room for our large family to have fun together or just sit on the porch and look at the sunset made Tully Lake a true joy."

"My husband and I have had the pleasure of spending many memorable times at the Billard Tully Lake house. It is one of the most beautiful and serene places we have ever visited. If you want to just kick back and read a good book, do some water activities or take a drive to explore Upstate New York, you couldn't ask for a better spot. The house has all the amenities one could possibly need including air conditioning for those dog days of August. I am certain that anyone who is fortunate enough to spend some time there will leave wanting to return for future visits."

"I went to New York to visit some family. I had fun. I caught fireflies, ate outside and, best of all, got a lake house! So I went out in a rowboat around almost the whole lake! One night we heard this WARRRRR! I thought it was a bear. Then I thought it was a deer. But, in the end, it ended up being a HUGE bullfrog."

"Tom,
We wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your lovely lake house. We enjoyed fishing and caught a few largemouth bass as well as a pickerel. Steve and I did a bit of bike riding and enjoyed it so much that we plan to get a couple bicycles for home.
We plan to visit NY next summer and hope that your lake house is available.
Again, thank you for your hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place or more relaxing vacation."

"Thank you Tom. Our stay was more than enjoyable -- it was wonderful! We took in the views from every deck, we waved to passing canoers, we drifted around the lake in old-fashioned rubber inner tubes, we fell asleep to the sound of the frogs by the water, we slept late in comfy beds, we caught some of those frogs and watched them hop and swim, my daughter learned to dive off your raft, and in your well-stocked kitchen we cooked a delicious pasta meal with local tomatoes, followed by homemade peach pie from Glad Times produce stand. When all the peace and relaxation was just too much, we headed over to my aunt and uncle's camp on Hoffman Road where we could revel in all the fun going down at "the Main." Is it too early to book for next summer?!

"Hi Tom,
It was so enjoyable to have the lake house. I am so glad we had the opportunity to be there for a relaxing week. It was so affordable for everyone when the daily rate was divided among 8 people, if even for a couple of nights. I gave as many tours as I could and everyone was thrilled with the whole lot, lake and house. What a find you have!! We would like to be considered if you ever choose to sell it.
Thanks so much for your kindess and letting us stay there. Hopefully we'll have another reason to rent it."
